When the Cav was MOT'd, it was done on this new computerised system that
'the powers that be' are rolling out.  The failure and advisory sheets were
printed out and the items were complete double Dutch and took some working
out.  However, it is all designed to link into the ANPR system as when PC
Plod zaps your number plate, not only will it tell him if you are speeding,
have insurance or any road tax, it will now also tell him if you have an MOT
or not.
DVLA have also introduced a system where you can now buy your road tax
online.
