They are called "Monitron Static Speed cameras and Combined red light and
speed cameras"

  Just thought I?d share a snippet of information that I overheard at work
the
  other day.

  There are plans afoot to install speed cameras in traffic lights.  Now
  cameras that get red light jumpers are nothing new, but these ones will
zap
  you if you are speeding through a green light.  The system is nicknamed
  ?speed on green?.

  Also, for anyone who is not yet using a hands free kit with their mobile
  phone in a car, there are also plans to change the offence of using a hand
  held telephone whilst driving from a fixed penalty of £30 to an
endorseable
  offence (fine plus penalty points on your licence).

  You have been warned!
