Customs clamped down a while ago and are now going back revoking nearly
every BTI they issued. Can you say "New Labour stealth tax"......
My '57 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham is one of only 4 in the country and
Classic Cars magazine recently ranked my actual car 2nd best on display
at Goodwood Festival of Speed but apparently the "experts" at Customs
have decided it's not rare enough or of historical interest and have
revoked the BTI they issued 15 months ago
