[doc] K-Jet fuel pressure gauge kit

Hi All

I know some people have been waiting on me for this but I've finally 
been able to get a price on our little kit and it comes in at £45. 
Unlike the kits from the US, ours uses banjo fittings, just like the 
hoses and includes a couple of spare bolts and washers. I have one of 
the kits from the US and the fittings are a pain in the proverbial. You 
can have one now, but you'll have to wait if you want instructions :-)
