Asking for a photo of the VIN plate and the speedo showing the mileage would
be a good start.

HOWEVER!,

Look at Ebay item 4567336358
Same VIN car was Ebayed 10 days ago, 400 miles away, by another new seller.
Bidding went to $14k but didn't meet reserve.

Now it's up for $7k Buy it now? I doubt it.

Hi 

Unless you can get someone to take a look at this personally and 
verify the seller / location, dont bid on it, see even the very few 
pictures are grainy, there is no way you want to send that sort of 
money overseas to a zero feedback seller !
