High idle can only be a few things

1) Too much fuel coupled with a vacuum leak
2) Malfunctionng Idlespeed system. Stuck idle motor, failed idlespeed 
thermistor, failed ECU
3) Is your vac advance solenoid working - if it pulls too much advance 
at idle, and is running rich, it'll rev high.

Bring it down the shop, Tone, you know you want to!
