As the M1 is the main/closest Motorway to Harpenden, maybe I could suggest
that all those coming from the M1 leave at J10 (Luton Airport) A505, take a
left at the roundabout at the top of the slip road, then at the next
roundabout (about ¼ mile) turn right onto the A1081 into Harpenden. I?m
pretty sure from memory there is a layby or something along that road, then
we can all travel in together.

I am starting from Milton Keynes, so anyone passing J14 of the M1 on the way
to CONCommon?
Otherwise, I could meet up somewhere else, suggestions?
