Firstly the "rusty powder" is probably copper grease used in all workshops to make sure the wheel nuts don't seize up. Don't worry about that. The front brakes are, as we all know, Ford. Ford later put mounting holes for anti-squeal springs to stop the pads squealing, and these come with all the fitting kits. However if you have original DeLorean calipers, they won't fit. The handbrake also can cause squeaking. My car does it, and I know others that do. Don't worry about it, and just put loads of anti-seize on the back of the pads. There's not a lot you can do on the rears apart from that If your bearing has collapsed, you wouldn't be able to turn the wheel by hand an the wheel would get extremely hot.
