Dear Sir/ Madam,
 
We are a newly established custom wedding chauffeur service specialising
in classic and unusual custom cars for both the bride, groom and/or best
man. Although we have our own vehicles for the service we have several
associates in order to provide a wide variety of vehicles and cater for
the modern couples choice for both the traditional and more modern
wedding. This also enables us to provide the service in different areas
of the country.
 
Our associates vehicles will be displayed on our website gallery (this
will be up and running in the next few weeks - holding page
www.wedding-connect.co.uk) and any enquiries will be referred to the
associate in order for arrangements to be confirmed etc. We will also
provide the champagne for the bride and groom together with the ribbon
for the car. For our part in advertising, providing the champagne,
ribbon and admin etc we will take 25% of the fee for the car hire the
associate receiving the remainder. The associate will ordinarily drive
the bride and person giving her away the short distance to the wedding
venue and then bride and groom onto the reception usually no more than 3
hours. Depending on the vehicle etc the fee would on average be between
£225 and £250. Obviously the fee for merely taking the groom and/ or
best man to the wedding venue and perhaps waiting for photographs would
be less.
 
We were wondering whether your club/ members would be interested in
becoming associates. We find that our associates enjoy driving and
showing off their cars and gain satisfaction from the contribution they
add in making the couples wedding a more pleasurable experience. Aside
from that there is of course the relatively substantial financial reward
for a few hours of enjoyable work.
 
There is no fee for advertising the vehicles on our site. All we ask is
that copyright free photographs are provided of the vehicles together
with the members details and a little about the car etc. We will then
contact you/ the member when an enquiry is received to see whether they
would be available to provide the service on the particular date. The
only requirement is that the car is in pristine condition, which having
seen some of your members vehicles goes without saying and the driver is
dressed smartly and is polite etc.They will need to notify their
Insurers that the car is being used for a wedding however in our
experience this is merely a formality and should not cost any additional
premium.
