[doc] Sparkplug wells cleaning?

Any suggestions on how I can clean the sparkplug wells - there's lot of 
debris and rust down there... I suspect leaking/non-existent caps on 
the sparkplugs at one time in my car's life...

Can the wells be cleaned? If so, how?
