Mmm , no sign of anything in there (even dirt), it must have fallen
down the back into the abyss, but I didn't hear it go. Back to the
spire-nuts fix I think, I'm not going to take the rear bumper off :-)

If you reach your hand in where the tail lights are supposed to be,
you should feel it, it may just be out of place (it has two holes
which go over the two screw holes). If not, it may have fallen down
but the dirt over the years seems to make them stick there.
