Clear Silicone ...i was going to say that, i stuck mine on with 
this , you dont need much just a small 'zig zag' along the middle of 
each letter otherwise it gets 'sqwidged' out everywhere, i cleaned 
the bumper first with metholated spirit to get any polish, grease etc 
off, you must stick them to the plastic not the bumper black 
coating :) try each letter in the 'hole' first to check for any 
binding, one of my 'e's caught the bumper edge in the centre and 
wouldnt push down properley until i 'altered' to suit 

Well done on the MOT matey and putting those young whipper snappers 
back in their place :)...
