[doc] Another Insurance Anomaly

Well I've just taken out insurance with AON again. Came out at a very
pleasing £162.90 for a 1500 mile policy.

When I was discussing my twin turbo modifications, the woman asked what bhp
mine was up to from the 197bhp stock.

I laughed heartily, explained that was very wishful thinking and gave her a
more realistic estimate.

Is there an "official" stock bhp figure anywhere? And is this another error
on the central Motor Database or a one off figure Aon have found.
