Well it was the truth! You started it! :-P
I really did spend a -lot- of time and frustrating hours dealing with
customs when the very valuable D was on its way over. If I believed the
first (and indeed second) person I spoke to, then we'd be paying the
full 10% + 17.5% too. But I managed to speak to "the right person" who
knew more than was on his computer screen and was able to communicate
the right things to the right people and we got a reduced rate. It's not
anywhere near down to 5% but certainly helps make a dent.
