[doc] Le Mans Update

Hi All,
        Equipment check underway for the Le Mans trip. My Ebay bargain
generator arrived yesterday. We had a trial run with the beer freezer
and genny today. It was chilling down very well after a 1 hour run.
(we are using a old 3/4 size chest freezer so we don't have to run the
genny all the time)
 We had reckoned that with a inverter we could run the freezer all
the way down in the back of the LM DSV(Le Mans Delorean Support 
Vehicle). But as it chills down so well on fast freeze will give that a 
miss.
