[doc] can i use the USA lights?

Hi all

still continuing the restoration, normally 11pm-2am each night!!.

Does anyone know if the USA lights can be retained?

ie is the beam pattern totally incorrect, or can the direction be 
shunted over enough.

i could sort the side lights as i could drill into the unit and put 
a ultrabright white led and dropper resistor, but wondered about the 
beam pattern.

can you fit 'left hand to right hand' beam benders if they exist.

could not see why not as you can fit right to left for france etc.

i'm keen if possible to keep the USA lights as they work fine and 
the old saying if it ain't broke...etc.
