There was a review at the time which is reproduced in the Delorean
Gold Portfolio describing a DMC with a black interior as 'darker than
a snake pit'. I like both, albeit I went for grey because although I
liked the idea of the black, in real-life - the black was a
bit 'confining'.
I have, however, seen the light brown/tan interior which is very 'of
its time' but looks good, but the best I ever saw was one kitted out
in what was either a grey-cream or cream-grey - very light and it made
the cabin twice as large. It was for sale in Kingston - I wonder
what became of it? There was another for sale on Autotrader with a
burgandy interior and rather like burgandy bathroom suites, it
probably was thought of as a good idea at the time...
I agree with the earlier comment, it's the external skin that makes
the car, you can re-do the interior as often as your funds alllow.
