[doc] 'A' pillar trim removal .. any tips?

Hi,

The covering on my passenger side A pillar trim has come adrift 
(looks like some attempts to re-glue have been made before), the car 
came with a complete brand new trimmed pillar capping (lucky me), so 
I need to fit it. the 'bible' says something like 'remove it' 
(helpful) :-) .. anyone removed one of these before that can give me 
some tips?
