[doc] Re: North / Midlands Meet Sunday 27 March (Long)

OK Folks,

The Pub itself isn't taking bookings for Sunday, but since they only
open @ 12:00 we'll be plenty early enough to get a table:

http://www.pub-explorer.com/derbyshire/pub/mundyarmsheanor.htm

Getting there is easy:

>From M1 Northbound Exit J26 take the FIRST EXIT LEFT towards Ripley
A610.
Follow this dual carriageway about 3 miles until it SPLITS off LEFT up
to a roundabout.
Turn FIRST LEFT AT THE ROUNDABOUT. Follow this road (A608) for about 2
miles. You will go under a railway bridge, past some shops, past a pub
(Horse and Jockey) opposite a bus depot, over a hump-bridge, past a
church on the left and begin to climb a steep hill.
At the TOP OF THE HILL the road forks at some TRAFFIC LIGHTS - GO LEFT.
Follow this road (A6007) for about a mile. It will bend to the left, and
then be dead straight, WARNING - SPEED CAMERA (30MPH) on this road!
The Mundy Arms is on your left, with a big Car Park, just before you
begin to head down a steep hill, just after the 40MPH limit. From M1 to
the pub will take you about 15 minutes.

Those heading M1 Southbound: Exit J26 take the THIRD EXIT towards Ripley
A610... Those heading down the A38 I recommend you get on the M1 at J28
take it from there, longer route but faster and better on the fuel
economy :)

I recommend arriving around the 12/12:30 mark. My mobile number is
zerosevensevenonefivezerofourninefiveeightsix if you need to call.
First round of drinks is on me!!
