[doc] Shipping and Duty from US

I think you missed the point, Dan. With the exchange rate where it is,
everything is cheaper than where it was last year. Shipping and Duty,
however, is relatively constant. A part that sold for $100 last year,
cost about 63GBP. The same $100 part today is 52GBP. Shipping costs may
have edged up a bit with fuel prices, but by and large, buying from the
states is 15-20% less than a year ago. Those living in the EU have an
even bigger advantage.
