I did some following up of a similar deal that JAN van de Wouw posted a
while ago.

That car was supposed to be in the UK too. He claimed it was "too
difficult to drive being LHD".
The 'seller' sent me lots of photos including one of the VIN plate
(4715) and was very keen to do the deal.

'Till I asked him if it was taxed, whether it had an MOT, and where in
the UK it was so I could go and have a look....Everything went very
quiet then...
