Nick's right, the Peugot 106 diesel is extremely economical. My mechanic has one for his wife and i've used it while my Focus Diesel is being serviced. However, I hope you have small feet, I found the pedals extremely close together when driving it. As I drive approx 30,000 Miles a year I have to use a Diesel, but if you've got a mechanic friend i'd recommend picking a car up from an auction BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE WITH YOU WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING. Don't fear auctions, if you go to a dealers you could be most likely buying a car that they'd picked up from an auction and stuck a hefty profit on top. >From: John Tien <johntien99@xxxxxxxxxxx> >Reply-To: doc-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx >To: doc-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx >Subject: [doc] OT - Buying diesel cars in general >Date: Wed, 9 Feb 2005 00:31:55 +0000 (GMT) > >Dear all, > >So sorry to post off topic stuff again, but I need a >helping hand...
