[doc] Importing Car to UK?

Guys,

I have seen the recent emails complaining about the increase in Import Duty
for some recently imported DeLoreans.

A good friend is importing his '92 Porsche 911 from HongKong and hasn't
heard of this increase. Can anyone point us in the right direction for info
on the web ... even better would be personal experiences.
