Hey Chris
Oh not at all, in fact my comments and amusement whilst childish, none
were aimed at his spelling or grammar, I had hoped I had made that a bit
clearer in my post, and comments like "I don't need this car anymore"
and "it's a little rusty" comparing those comments with the pictures
amused me, maybe my comments were a little cruel, but certainly not
aimed at him, its more a reflection on how my sense of humour is so
twisted that I can find a little humour out of a tragedy, in this case a
car that deserves a lot better than the treatment it has been receiving
for the past 24 years!
LOL is commonly used online to mean "laugh out loud" basically if you
read LOL it means the person is laughing or has found the comment
amusing. I merely replied to Dan's original "lol", I assumed he also
found the auction amusing..
My apologies if I have offended anybody.
Mike

Mike,
Just out of interest, what the heck does "LOL" mean?
Regarding commenting the mans grasp of English, this is not uncommon
nowadays, and I would hate that any folk wanting to "post " to our
group, or magazine, should be put off by the fear of public
"micky-taking". (I'm sure you didn't mean it that way Mike)
If I'd got a bit more room and time, I'd like to save this one. It's
such a pity to see one in that state. Even the camera he took the
pictures with had a mucky lens!
Best regards
Chris Parnham

Well
All I can reply to that with really is also "LOL"
I'm not mocking this guys grasp of spelling and grammar, but the
description had be almost wetting myself!
Such gems include:
> The car is ruff. - ! Really????
> I don't have the key so it is had to push because you can't turn the
wheel.
> The motor looks to be complete except for the fuel distorter.
> The only thing that I can see that is not complete is the exhaust.-
That line is awesome, I love comparing that statement with the pictures.
> A little rusted. - A LITTLE???
> I don't need this car anymore.
Ok so my comment might be a little childish.. I might even bid.
