[doc] stereo/speaker wiring

Am in the process of installing a new radio/cd player into my 
DeLorean.
Does any one have an idea of the wiring loom colors and what does 
what? 
I think I have most of it sorted, but as yet only have been able to
get the two left speakers to work!! there does not actually seem to
be enough wires for all 4.
