Hi dan
Cool idea, but as it is classed as a road, does this mean the speed limit of 70mph is still in force or is it classed as a private road with no limits?

Have been thinking about organising a track day for
Delorean owners and I'm just seeing if there is any
interest.
The location is North Weald Airfield in Essex. For a
full day for track fun with basic tuition on what your
doing is £600 for the track all day and the
instructor.
Now if 15 people go that's £40 each. You need no
special insurance as nothing is timed and as it's an
airfield it is classed as a road under the road
traffic act of 1988. No crash helmets or other
equipment are required and the wear to tyres is around
1mm.
The instructors are ADI and IAM qualified.
If you want to check out what's on offer, they do more personalised one on one training but they can only take a max of 4 people, then goto www.carlimits.com .
I'm proposing what they class as the Corporate Day.
If your interested then let me know
