RE: [doc] Frenchy

I'm glad you're back on the road Mat. The slave cylinder is very tricky
to get at.

The irony is that we had it completely removed of course when fitting
the new engine, but it was working OK then.

It makes me think that whenever we engage in major work of these cars,
that doing some "preventive maintenance" or at least addressing common
problems would be a good idea.  I suppose even on low mileage examples,
all the rubber / seals etc are 24 years old and reaching the end of
their normal life.

I'm glad you like the new springs, they certainly make a huge
difference. ( I have a couple of sets in stock if Martin runs out).

Best regards
Chris Parnham

Dear all,

For those who might be interested, thanks to DMUK, Frenchy is back
on the road after about one month off!

Recently a leak in the slave clutch cylinder was found, and the
location proved too tricky for my friend mechanic to get into his
overalls and replace it!
