No Martin, it shouldn't be, but neither should the old tatty instrument
binical sent to me by Ian Foster, as a gift, to help with the 140 MPH
conversion process.

But I ended up paying 95 GBP! I got the mountains of VAT claim forms to
try and get it back, but by the time I looked at them, I decided "life too
short".
The VAT men are not my favourite people.
