Re: [doc] Immobilisers

The inertia switch will work as an immobilisr but is not meant to be regularly turned off and on. It's a safety device to turn the fuel pump off in the event of a crash. It's located in the driver's foot well next to the lambda counter on early cars and next to the bonnet release on late cars. It's placed in the ground line from the fuel pump.

Is the inertia switch in the engine compartment? It would be good to make it remote controlled. My dad thinks people will be queing up to steal it, and I cant let that happen. I want to have good security systems on it. I've already begun clearing junk out of the garage lol (getting ahead of myself here)
Thanks and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!
