Simon/List, Is it true tho that the Govt only give a grant for LPG conversions on cars less then 2yrs old? This, I think, is ridiculous when you consider that newer cars put out less CO2 then older ones (my 18mth old Clio is only 139g/km and is in the lowest tax bracket). Surely it would make more sense for President Blair and his cronies to entice people to convert older cars that may pollute more - but then he'd probably get less revenue out of us.... **grumble** I'd certainly look at converting Flopsy to LPG if it was viable and cheap enough. When you're used to getting 50mpg out of your daily driver, enjoying your DeLorean but only getting 20mpg can take the fun out of it as you watch the fuel gauge go down!
