First off go here:

1. Go yourself. If you're spending thousands on a car - spend another 
£200 and fly out. If you trust someone to look at it then do that. Use 
DMCNEWS..
2. I very much doubt it. I would think it more costly to ship from the 
west than the east... mine was central.
3. The fees you'll pay will be 5% duty. Not VAT etc as you are 
re-patronising the car.
