I must admit Ian, that had crossed my mind!

I would like to make the follow comments:-

If the British government had not funded the project, there would be no car.

The Irish republic did look at the project, but sensibly realised the
finical side was a bit optimistic and decide to keep clear.

My personal view, is to leave politics completely out of the issue, just as
they did at the factory, where folk from both communities worked,
peacefully, side by side, building our "dream cars"!

The UK club has members from all over the world, many from the North and
South of Ireland, I make no distinction, apart from sticking a higher value
stamp on those in the South!

Can someone going on the Track Day please have a camera handy. Its going to
be amusing seeing the "FRE.IRL" reg'd DeLorean drive through 'Sandy Row' in
Belfast ... it ain't going to last long guys!!!

Would you believe I didn't know this list existed until 2 days ago!
Anyway, I've been talking to Paul O'Malley and will be bringing up my
DeLorean from Dublin to Belfast also. Robert I tried to email you
about the event but it bounced, what is your current email address?
Anyone know how many cars are going at this stage?
