Paul,

I remember you passenger door problem and I am sure that you can use 
a jig to sort it out, I did think about a design after I the time I 
brought my car up to st neots and remember seeing the problem you 
had.

I could certainly send you an e-mail with a picture of a solution I 
had considered. Only a sketch but might get the ideas flowing!
