Doors / (another) "Had to laugh" scenario

Hi everyone,
This message should have come through earlier this week but my e-mail has been on the blink (again).

So a now belated thanks to those who gave their help and suggestions re. my recent jammed driver's door. A big thanks to Martin for the e-mail assistance. In the end it turned out to be a problem with the adjustment of the latch rod but as I'd never had to mess with the system before it was only when I got an old latch unit from Dave Howarth for inspection purposes that I was able to see what the problem was. Anyway, with that now fixed I've put the door trim back on temporarilly and am back in business.

On a different note, a very excited lady and her daughter came up to me and #4400 in a carpark today, asking what type of car it was etc. She had such problems trying to pronounce the word "DeLorean" that in the end I directed her round to the back of the car and made her read the name off the rear bumper!...she still couldn't pronounce it properly.
