I'd be very surprised if you can gat a "decent", non runner for even 5K GBP. After all, my French non-runner stood me at over 9K by the time I'd got it back to the UK, and before I even put a spanner on it. They are worth about 4K, just for spare parts, ( or parting out as our USA chums say) probably more. Good luck finding a cheap one, you'll need it.
