Well, the cow-meter goes to "10" when these straps are placed anywhere near
the sensor :-)

I have a bin-full of original black ones with the smaller diameter d-ring.
They also appear to have a vinyl insert. We unstitch the ege holding the
d-ring in place, replace it with the proper larger diameter d-ring and sell
them. Alternatively, for the few black interior cars that have the strap
mounted in the door, these can also be unstitched to remove the d-ring and
used on those cars as well.

I agree with James about the difficulty in locating the grey leather. Bridge
of Weir no longer makes that color/grain, and despite repeated attempts to
encourage them to do so (read: $$$) they are not interested. We've since
located a company in Spain that is not only doing the color/grain to match,
but also creating the unique grain for the vinyl as well.
