Regarding Gaydon for 10th of August... I will join the calvacade with #5255 I had the same bonnet alignment issue with my car ie it did not look closed as it sat around 1cm too high across the windscreen. On the motorway the wind would catch the corners making it vibrate... The latch was not a problem on mine, however the puny spring does not let it pop up when released. The remedy requires no tools just a finger, thumb and eyeball to check alignment. Open the bonnet (or hood if you are American) and you can see a rubber bung on a screw thread for each of the 2 corners close to the windscreen. The threaded shaft is securely mounted into the pontoon. Simply turn the rubber clockwise which will lower the bung. After a few minutes you should find that when the bonnet is closed it will be flush with the panels and sit on the bung... Chris Hawes #5255
