Depending on which direction you intend to come from the easiest directions are as follows: The M6 leads to the M54 from both a northerly and southerly direction. Get onto the M54 and exit at Junction 2. Take the exit for Wolverhampton. (From the south this the 1st exit on the left and from the north it is the 3rd exit on the right.) Continue on the dual carriage way and go over approx 4 islands. Each time just head straight over. There will be brown signs indicating directions to the Dunstall Race track, this can be a guidance reference. You will come to a roundabout with a MacDonalds on your left. Take the right exit. You will be heading up a hill after goinf under a railway bridge. Take the first left turning to enter the trading estate and head to Unit 2 Flower L.V. Supplies LTD. Kind regards, Ben Hopkins Andrew Holt + all the Crew ITINERARY 3rd of May Saturday Delorean Owners Club Meet The event will take place at: Unit 2, Dunstall Hill Trading Estate, Gorsebrook Rd, Dunstall, Wolverhampton, WV6 0PJ. (Tel: 0800 031 7001) This venue is the meeting point for all Delorean Owners Club Members. The facility has power, heated shelter, and toilet facilities. This is where food and drink will be made available. I have been informed that the specialist mechanic Darren Bowker will be attending on the Saturday. He will be available to take questions and view vehicles to offer advise and appraisals. I have organised another member of our team Steve Keevil to be available to compile digital camera footage of the day and your vehicles. This will be compiled into a short film to act as a souvenir of your day with us after the editing of the main film has been completed. Steve is a director / cameraman. I would also suggest that a road trip be made into the surrounding countryside. Bridgenorth is a nearby traditional market town. The trip and the town may make a picturesque addition to your day. There is also a Motor Museum on the outskirts of Bridgenorth that may be of some interest. I will provide a map with direction should you wish to take this option. Unit 19 will be the filming venue. This will be accessible on the Saturday with power provided from a 10 K generator. It has a huge sheltered warehouse interior that would be suitable to house all vehicles that attended. I have an obligation to the Landlord to preserve the floor surface in the warehouse. I would kindly request that any elaborate driving be conducted on the ample exterior driving space provided by the estate. We would indicate that anyone is welcome to attend the Saturday meet. We hope it will be a great social occasion for all. The Sunday in reserved for filming. The nature of a film shoot requires discipline and coordination if we are to achieve the requirements to complete our film. Once all who wish to attend have placed their vehicles in the appropriate spaces to recreate the Belfast packing area it will be impossible to move them until the filming is complete. We hope that you can understand that if in one shot all the cars are visible and in the next one has vanished this could jeopardise the realism that we intend to portray. 4th of May Sunday Morning: · All crew to assemble at Unit 19 @ 09:00 to prep for shoot. · Delorean Owners to from Saturday to arrive @ 10:00. · Delorean Owners who wish to attend Sunday should aim to arrive as soon as possible for filming to commence @ 11:00 at the latest. · Extras to arrive @ 11:00. · Make up team to arrive by 11:00 (Nuala + 1). · Props arrangement including cars to be complete by 12:00. Afternoon: · 12:00 Filming rehearsal with Equip and Extras. · 13:00 Filming commences. (3hours until 16:00). · 16:00 Actors required should aim to be at the location. If you require picking up from Wolverhampton Train Station please call on arrival for pick-up or inform the producer when your train is due.
