Ok, then this project is already in good hands. I hope you can find out more since you live in England and are closer to them than me (I live in Norway) Actually, Speedograph didn't make the speedos, that was AC in America, but Speedograph do speedometers, and have been in contact with the Americans who are not keen on releasing info on the 140MPH speedo, thats why they needed an 85MPH to work with. It is my understanding that the final result will be a 100% match with the originals (Remember Marty Maiers 140MPH speedo decal was not a 100% match, (missing the blue KM/H among other small things, and had not the black background color either) If this is successfull you won't see any difference when the speedo is placed next to your other instruments (same color, appearance etc.) If they can get a 100% match, we have to be willing to pay for it. Remember the old speedo consisted of different fonts and sizes. If you Chris P, gets a quote, I'm sure members would sign up for a limited run of speedo decals, just the same way as the Toby-tabs. The new speedo must be calibrated, but it is my understanding that this will be incl. in the price (you send in your speedo, they do the work, and return it to you) Best wishes Stian B.
