Sorry, I should have made it clear in the first place as to the age of my car. I suppose the term "J reg" is a colloquialism if English origin, so I ought to have said 1991, so as to better cater for our international neighbours

Can anyone enlighten me on what a "J reg" is?
I have a suspicion, but would like to be sure...
Secondly I'd like to urge everyone to trim their quotes please...
Take the current SCS-Thread for example; this contains
messages with over 70kb of QOUTING in them, but only
about 150 CHARACTERS of own input...
This is even worse with the messages sent with HTML on;
they can be double the actual needed size because of the
text being sent in HTML as well as plain text.
Take a look at Stephen Strelczak's (sorry, nothing personal,
just a good example) messages, they contain a signature
that's about 200 characters in plain text, but over 2000 characters
inclusing the coding for the different styles and colors used in it...
I put all my lists on digest mode yesterday because being a
member of the DMC News, DOC-UK and DMC-Forum flooded
my mailbox with over 80 messages within a couple of hours.
But the unneccesary qouting (like qouting a qoute, that
allready was a qouted qoute in someones qoute ;-)
makes the digests allemost illedgible...
Since this list is unmoderated, we as members have to keep
ourselves under control; on tne DML exessive qouting gets
snipped by the Moderators...
Hope everyone understands,
Jan van de Wouw
