Feb 8th and 9th it is. Dan, we can have a massive fascia painting session if you like as I had already agreed with Steve that I'd have a crack at both his and Tinny's if he paid for enough paint :-) I'm not up to Chris N's ability but can do a pretty decent job and it costs about £50 in paints and you can always go again if you cock it up. The biggest problem is finding a warm dry well lit indoor area that's big enough to be able to walk around what you're doing. Most of the boo-boos on mine are caused by the cramped and dusty garage I did them in. Steve, are you coming past Reading in the near future? I can't bring both Lex and the facias off Tinny. Dan which fascia do you need to do? You'd be better off doing both at once as the black bits end up a lot blacker and the shade of paint is never a spot-on match. I know taking the front fascia off is a bugger but sometimes you have to suffer.... I NEED to paint my facia though - and would appreciate some guidance when doing it. Here's to Februrary then?
