Hi All

If you're planning on attending the show, please book the hotel NOW.
Reservations officially closed at the end of July, and registration for
the show closes September 1st. I think the idea is that I am our
"liason" for this show so apart from booking the hotel, you just need to
let me know if you're coming. Hotel booking is via a very simple on-line
form, and you don't need to pay in advance.

So far it's just me and Rich as far as I know.

Please confirm ASAP
