Sounds like a nice idea, I'd be up for it.

Only problem I forsee is that for most people their insurance excludes "use
for hire or reward" which I think this would be viewed as.

Maybe they should be encouraged also to provide us with upgraded sound
systems so we can blast out themed music as we drive around.

Oh and who's going to volunteer to drive around the centre of London for
hours !!!?
