Anything less than $24 (claimed) incurrs no duty. I suggest not putting 
"gift" on the box - because a car part can hardly be a gift.... For 
example when getting Rich's water pump pulley I asked Darryl to write 
"machine work sample" $5. And importantly if buying from a vendor ask 
them NOT to put any sales bumpf in the box.
