As far as I remember the lower side trims are not affected by rear quarter panels, the small lower trim at the back is attached to the panel. The rubber seal inside the door may need removing to access half the screws, the other screws are hidden behind the rear fascia which will have to be removed. As for the fender, not sure, but don't think it would interfere with the lower trim. If it's not urgent I'll have a look on Saturday as I still only have one sides' trim attached.
