Dan, They are readily available, but you may wish to try a fix I have seen...you get a small piece of aluminium, file/ cut a small square hole in it and self tap or epoxy it to the inside of your existing cap. That was how the one Ian Foster sent me was done. I think Dave may have some new one's and I'm pretty sure Wingrey can supply one.
