Title: RE: [doc] Cleaning injectors
First off, check what a bottle will cost from Wingray before you write off the one from PJ Grady

You want to look at these pics

http://www.delorean.co.uk/more_club_cars/chrisn.html

I've just realised somewhere along the line, Chris Nicholson disappeared off the Club Cars page  -why did nobody tell me?! AAARGH!

Anyway, Steve, you need to spend some time at

www.delorean.com
www.pjgrady.com
www.specialtauto.com
www.deloreanmotorcenter.com

...and realise quite how much you can get from "over there". Stickers are just one of the things (and they are available in re-production stainless steel). You need to speak to Chris Nicholson, though prepare to be stunned by quite hw much work you'd need to do to get yours as good as his.....

Thats great, thanks for that, I'll pass on Wingrays number to my mechanic. I do love the stainless steel ones though, but don't really have $170 to spare at present. On another note. Cleaning up the engine bay. My car is in great condition outside and in, but my engine bay is looking a little old and distressed. If I wanted to bring this up to a very presentable level, where would I start. I'd love to get a new transfer for the top of the engine, as this is curling onthe edges, and looks a little grim. I can take a pressure hose, and some of the de-grime spray to the bay, but I think I'd like to make it all look really clean cut. Where would others start on this one. I have given the idea of using crome on the upper parts of the engine a go. How difficult is this? Basicly I 'd like to take the engine up to a presentable level, where by I am pleased to show people inside. Ideas?

Get from Wingray in Liverpool 0151 428 9667 ask for Paul Windsor. They get parts in from DMC Houston. Or you could get one of PJ Grady's beyouwtiful stainless ones for $170 ish. See pics here: (Chris - did you have anything to do with making these???)

http://www.pjgrady.com/stainlesspics.asp?pn=10&pt=3

but make sure to ask Rob to send the invoice SEPERATELY and write "gift" on the box!!! Orders from him come within a week.

Martin,

back to that same old problem for me, where can expansion bottles be found. My mechanic has been trying to find a successful replacement, but has not had any luck so far. Does anyone no of one from another car that will fit. If not, where can I source one from in America? I suppose I will be getting a metal one this time round. Any ideas? Anyone? I really want to get PSO back on the road, its a beautiful day, and she would have looked great:( Please can everyone give me ideas on this one, cheers,
