Chris, yesterday evening I just happened to be standing by the back door in the kitchen when I saw something glide past it. I stuck my head out the door, thinking it was a cat from next door doing it's business in our garden, and as I was just about to frighten it off I realised that it was in fact a lovely little dog that looked just like your Scruffy, but was in fact called Ben. He was really quiet and obedient and you know what my Mum's like with cute little dogs, so of course we had to take him to the house written on his collar. The funny thing is when we got there it seemed like he didn't want to go back home at all, in fact it I didn't know any better I'd say that he preferred our house. Now my Mum's going on about getting a small dog again, and keeps asking us if we think Ben'll be alright. I can see us all having to go down to the rescue centre before long, because my Mum has a history of going on about something until it gets sorted out. Still, it could be worse; she could want a Great Dane. At least if she gets a small dog I'll only have to make sure that everything important (eg DeLorean memorabilia, shoes etc) is placed a foot away from the ground. Anyway, I just thought you'd like to hear about that. If I don't speak to you again beforehand then have a nice cruise, Mike. --- Chris Parnham <chrisparnham@xxxx> wrote: > Mike, > > It will keep you busy for a bit doing all that to > your Sun Star! > > I have not had time to think about mine yet. > > Chris Parnham > > -----Original Message----- > From: Mike Sumner [mailto:mike16uk2000@xxxx] > Sent: 06 January 2002 21:27 > To: doc-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [doc] Sun Star Model Modifications > > Chris, > while I'm here I thought I'd tell about my plans to > "customise" my Sun Star DeLorean model (the secret > one). > As you're aware I have given my car the personalised > registration "MJS 1" both fron and rear, and now I'm > planning on adding the following: > > 1.
