Oxygen sensor / Lamder probe

Help!!!

I am at my wits end.........

Can someone please give me a hint or tip on how to get my old oxygen sensor out. I know it should unscrew, however it just won't budge one mm, Is there an easy way to do this, I've used penitrating oils and WD 40 to try and free it to no avail.
