Hi All, I took my car on quite a good run yesterday approx 20 miles when I returned home I had my usuall problem of spluttering and the engine dying under excelleration, which I have still not figured out yet. But this time when I was nearly home the fuel pump started to make a funny loud noise and the car farted around and then the engine stopped. When I started the car up again it died straight away (about 10 seconds of bad running), so I waited for the car to cool down for a couple of hours then started it and it ran fine, could this be a hot fuel line collapsing when the fule has warmed up or somthing along these lines?. When I had the tank out all of the pipes to the baffle etc looked in good conditions. Any ideas? Cheers James RG
